Qualifications
 
The staff of Breitling Consulting has over thirty years of combined experience in comprehensive environmental compliance for land development, industrial, institutional, and municipal clients including due diligence, compliance audits, waste management, pollution prevention, air quality, emissions sampling and testing, natural resources and water quality. Their specific work experience includes hundreds of environmental site assessments as well as subsurface investigations for real estate transactions, New Source Review and Title V air permit applications for a wide variety of equipment and operations, preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, management of nonhazardous and hazardous waste, chemical inventory and reporting, compliance auditing, and NEPA documentation. They have worked on projects and prepared permits all over the United States including, Texas, Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.

Breitling Consulting is woman-owned and has received WBE certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, HUB certification from the State of Texas, and DBE certification from the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency.

Breitling Consulting is a registered PE firm, and a registered PG firm in the State of Texas.
